DSC#169-Color My World

It is time for another DOstamper STARS Thursday Challenge.  This week's challenge was a Color My World challenge design using Melon Mambo and Crushed Curry.  I absolutely love this color combination because it is bright and eye catching.  It makes me think of spring.  So, my first thought of course was the Honeycomb Happiness Stamp Set!!

The chick was painted by using Crushed Curry and watercolor techniques.  Super easy and what a great watercolor effect!  The contrast of the Melon Mambo in the matting, and the use of Cherry on Top Designer Paper Series for the banners compliments the coloring of the chic beautifully.  I hope you enjoy this cute 'Hello' card!!

    1. Just love all the details on your card. It would make a great Easter card too. Thanks for playing along for this week's DOstamperSTAR Thursday Challenge!

    2. What a wonderful watercoloring job on this cute chick! Love it! How do you get so many colors using the Gorgeous Grungs - I'd like to try that.

      1. Thank you Margaret for checking out my card, I really appreciate it! I love using the Gorgeous Grunge stamp because there are so many creative ways to use it, and it is so easy. I just cleaned my stamp to add a new color in between my random stamping.
